PLEASE NOTE, i will not turn off my firewall, but at the same time i expect to manually set my firewall allow a program to bypass it. This is not the case with YOUR FIREWALL.
I expect this to be fixed, not by turning off your firewall, but rather by having you fix your software.
Respectfully,
Lohan Roberto

Dear Lohan,
This is William from Windows Live OneCare Online Support, and I'll be assisting you with your case today.
To give the most accurate support possible, I would like to give a brief summary of the issue as I understand it:
Windows Live OneCare firewall did not allow add 'KaZaA Lite' into allow application rule. In addition, when trying to start it, OneCare kept asking you to “allow this program to access the internet” whatever you click Allow or No.
If I have misunderstood your concern, please feel free to let me know.
I understand the inconvenience you are experiencing with this issue. I would like to let you know that we have received similar feedback from other beta users pertaining to this issue. Based on the latest feedback from the Product Team, Kazaa is incompatible with the Windows Live OneCare Firewall.
Currently, the only way to work around this issue is to turn off the OneCare firewall temporarily when you wish to use Kazaa, then to reactivate it when you are finished. Please note that turning off the firewall is not recommended as it will leave your computer unprotected while the firewall is disabled. If you wish to keep using Kazaa with OneCare and understand the risks of disabling the firewall, please perform the following steps:
1. Open Windows Live OneCare.
2. Click View or Change Settings on the left side, and then select the Firewall tab in the Windows Live OneCare Settings dialog box.
3. Move the setting slider to the bottom. The Firewall Status will be shown as "Off". Click OK.
4. Open Kazaa and use the application. When you are finished, repeat steps 1 and 2 and move the slider to “Auto”, then click OK.
Note: Disabling Windows Live OneCare Firewall may leave the computer unprotected when using the Internet. Thus this is not recommended and we should keep the firewall protection on whenever possible.
Please be assured that our Product Team has been working hard on this compatibility issue. While we cannot estimate the exact time frame when this issue could be resolved, we would like assure you that we will to try our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
If anything in my email is unclear, or if you have further questions, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Thank you for participating in Windows Live OneCare. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
William
